Integration complexity – Customizing WooCommerce logic while keeping the CMS user-friendly for future updates.

Conducted competitor and market research to define design direction and UX expectations;
Designed wireframes and user flows for key eCommerce touchpoints: homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout;
Developed a custom WordPress theme integrated with WooCommerce;
Built reusable components and product templates for scalable content management;
Focused on responsive layouts, performance, and a consistent design system.
