Our client, a growing prop-trading firm, approached us with an outdated, poorly structured legacy platform.
They needed a complete overhaul of both their internal Admin Panel and the user-facing Trader Dashboard. Due to strict timelines, they couldn't provide detailed technical specifications.
Their request was simple: build a premium, highly functional ecosystem that stands out in the market and provides a flawless experience for professional traders.

Zero Initial Requirements – We had to design complex financial interfaces without a predefined product structure or detailed briefs from the client.
High Data Density – Prop-trading requires displaying massive amounts of real-time data (Rule Violations, Drawdowns, Exposure, Risk Analysis) without overwhelming the user.
Scalability for In-House Devs – The client’s internal development team needed a foolproof, modular system to implement our designs without constant back-and-forth communication.
What Was Done:
Conducted deep, AI-assisted market research and competitor analysis to reverse-engineer industry standards and identify UX gaps.
Developed core UX hypotheses and presented rapid structural prototypes that the client approved with zero revisions.
Designed a high-end, dark-themed UI optimized for long trading sessions and reduced cognitive load.
Created a comprehensive, component-based Design System (UI Kit) ready for seamless developer handoff.
